Dopo essersi laureato in Fisioterapia presso l’Università di Milano nel 1999 ha ottenuto il Master in Riabilitazione dei Disordini Muscoloscheletrici presso l’Università di Genova, dove ha successivamente insegnato per diversi anni. Dal 2006 è professore associato e responsabile della ricerca presso il Dipartimento sanità della Scuola Universitaria Professionale della Svizzera Italiana (SUPSI). Ha portato a termine un dottorato di ricerca presso la Queen Margaret University di Edinburgo. Collabora attualmente con diverse università italiane e straniere ed è l’autore di decine di articoli pubblicati sulle più prestigiose riviste internazionali di fisioterapia. Svolge inoltre attività clinica presso il suo studio privato a Como.
